Genaro López joined Newmark in 2018 and currently serves as a Market Analyst in the company’s Northwest Mexico office. A 7-year Industrial real estate veteran, Andrew has substantial expertise in marketing, tenant and landlord representation, and market research in the office and industrial sectors.

Genaro came to Newmark after serving as a Marketing Analyst for almost 3 years at VESTA Industrial Real Estate Fund, where he was responsible for lead generation, digital and conventional marketing, industrial sector relations, land and portfolio acquisitions, and prospect follow-up.
